The overmind-core/overmind repository ships under two open-source licences. A commercial licence is a paid alternative from Overmind Ltd. Customer applications that pip install overmind (or import it) stay under their own licence. The MIT package does not pull the platform’s AGPL into your agent.

Self-hosting

Run the platform yourself under AGPL-3.0. An unmodified copy on your own network complies. A modified copy offered as a network service must make that modified source available to its users.

Commercial licence

A paid licence from Overmind Ltd covers the same platform under different terms, for customers who cannot use AGPL. Write to [email protected] or talk to the team.
